I first started recording music when I was 16 at a small venue/studio set in an 800 year old barn in rural Essex. There I learnt the fundamentals of audio production and was soon recording live gigs on a regular basis.

When Grammy award-winning mixer Simon Gogerly opened his studio, Hub II, next door I was quickly being called upon to assist and engineer on recording sessions he was bringing across to the barn.

In 2009 I moved to Liverpool to attend the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts where I studied on their prestigious Sound Technology course. Living in Liverpool I was soon recording bands in my spare time whilst continuing to work with Simon back in Essex or editing ProTools sessions for him remotely.

After graduating in 2011 I moved back to Essex and started to find work in studios in London, whilst continuing to work with smaller unsigned bands.

Over the past 8 years, I've been lucky enough to work in a large number of studios across London and the UK on a huge variety of projects.

Currently freelance I'm based mostly out of Grand Cru Studio in London where I work on a huge amount of music and projects that span every genre imaginable.

Over the past couple of years, I have started to turn my hand to producing, specializing in guitar-based bands.

I am always on the lookout for awesome new projects to work on no matter the size or budget.  I just want to make cool music and have a great time doing it!  So don't be afraid to drop me a message to say hi, send me some stuff to listen to or tell me about a gig I should come to.
